The cottage has a fully appointed kitchen with modern appliances and a spacious living room / dining area downstairs. Upstairs there are two good sized double bedrooms, both with views of the River Derwent, and a bathroom with three piece suite. Outside the kitchen door is a terrace, ideally suited for a lunch time barbeque in the sun! The home has gas central heating throughout.
